1. A
martial arts practitioner must comply with martial ethics,
anduphold
conduct such as loving one’s country, loving one’s
society, and loving one’s people. Kuoshu tournaments
are held to bring martial artists together through competition,
as well as to promote Kuoshu. Athletes shall follow all rules
and abide by the referee’s ruling. They will put all
of their strength into achieving victory, but are capable
of avoiding discouragement, which may
accompany failure, and arrogance, which sometimes springs
from success.
2. The following rules apply to Kuoshu competitions held by
the World Kuoshu Federation
(TWKSF) and all branches of the World Kuoshu Federation.
3. A Kuoshu competition shall consist of forms, apparatus,
and Lei Tai sparring contests.
